The Bosal Group has made a number of senior appointments in strategic areas.
Johan van der Ven joined the company on March 1st to lead the Emission Control Systems Division. Johan has a very strong track record of bringing technical innovations to commercialisation, with years of experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries. He has also joined the Bosal Group Board.
In April, Bosal will welcome Werner de Wever, who will head up the IT Division of the Emission Control Systems Division. Werner will also chair the IT Council for the Group and will become a member of the extended Group Board. Werner, a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has worked in senior business transformation roles with leading multinationals for more than twenty years.
Also in April, Edwin Ritmeester will establish the new position of Recruitment and Talent Manager for the Group, reporting to Michel Geerts, the Group HR Director. Edwin’s twenty-year career spans business development, staffing and staff development with particular expertise in social media networking.
